I recently stopped in to pick up a quick lunch. Had my heart set on shrimp tacos which are currently unavailable however she did confirm that they would start serving them soon. Server was very friendly, restaurant was clean and food was tasty and reasonably priced. My favorite was the chicken tinga tostada.

Family owned, used to have award winning food truck, have the freshest most authentic Mexican in Wilmington and its not even close. Be the cool kid in your crew, and know about this place first.

When I got my food, which was incredibly fast service, it was delicious. Homemade complimentary chips and salsa. Steaming tamales. Filling beans & rice. Fair prices. You need to check this place out. They opened this November and I have a feeling they're going to be around for a long, long time.

We had catering from Dos Milpas for my 50th birthday party and it was the highlight of the party! Everyone loved the food and the excellent service from Gabino and his colleague. We set them up with all their equipment in our deck. The menu was sopes and it worked for all our friends , as we have vegetarians and people that dont do beef. There were three options for the sauces that also worked for all levels of spice tolerance. We highly recommend them!

Moving from LA to Hockessin, DE has had pros and cons. The cons have certainly been around quality and freshness of the different culinary options. Home made corn tortillas are the key to any good taco. I cant believe we found this amazing restaurant. They are incredibly nice and made me and off menu carne Asada burrito that was legit. Horchata!! Soooo good. You need to go here. Al Pastor was amazing. Salsa had some heat (in a good way). The chips are home made tortillas made into chips?! Remember when chips werent made in some factory in who knows where. Go here. Eat. Enjoy life.

I was looking for the same thing as another five-star review: authentic Mexican food. This is the place! Pre-dinner salsa was so good that I bought a container of it for home. Tacos were all fantastic (left to right in photo) - alpastor (try it without salsa to savor all the flavor!), campechanas (first time having this and it won't be my last), and carnitas (tender and tasty with crispy bits). We met the owner and respected his pride in ingredients used and flavor of the recipes.

I came here with high expectations due to comparing this eatery with my favorite taco place only minutes away.....Tortilleria Dos Milpas has won as my new favorite. The campechanos tacos are excellent. Fresh chips that are also airy/fluffy, and the salsa & 3 sauces that come with tacos and chips are great as well.

They have a large cooler full of various Jarritos (try the mandarin!) and about 12-15 tables/booths. Perfect sized resturaunt for the area and in a good location with decent parking.

Ordered a pound of homemade tortillas and carnitas to go. They gave me condiments to go along with it and it was super tasty. Highly recommend.
